PAYMENT OPTIONS: We take Visa, MasterCard or Pay Pal. We only accept checks from individuals within the Denver Metro area.
PAYMENT SECURITY: Rest assured, we process your credit card through the secure online server authorize.net.
SALES TAX: Von Design Inc. is located in Denver, CO and will only collect local and state taxes when shipping to those in Colorado. Residents in all other states should comply with their local and state tax laws.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: Items that we stock are shipped within 14 days from when your order is placed. Custom products are generally shipped within 6-10 weeks depending on the piece. Most items are shipped using UPS or common carrier for larger items that require crating. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is places and we will contact you immediately if there will be any delay in getting you the items out.
SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS: Many or our products are considered semi-custom meaning that All sales on custom orders are final. Please contact us directly at 720.635.7698 or email jordan@vondesigninc.com to place your order.
CREDIT CARD POLICY: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. On custom orders, we will collect a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase and the remaining amount when the order ships.
PRIVACY POLICY: At Von Design Inc. we respect your privacy and will not share or distribute your personal information.
WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED? Please inspect packaging and contents immediately upon delivery. Report any damages to shipping agent at time of delivery and make notes of any and all damage to packaging. If the product is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in original packaging, unassembled and be in its unused condition. If the product is damaged or defective we will issue a full refund for the order once we have received the item at our warehouse. If the return is not due to damage or defect the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charge as well as the shipping cost back to us.
RETURNS: There are no returns on custom products or items shipped internationally. Items must be returned in original packaging, unassembled and be in its unused condition. Store credit will be valid for one year from the original ship date, after that all remaining credit will be forfeited. Items are to be returned to Von Design Inc. at 1731 Clermont Street, Denver CO 80220. Please note that natural variations are common in all wood and are not considered defective and cannot be returned on that basis. If you are returning an item, please contact us at jordan@vondesigninc.com so we can process your return.
